Fun with Words

American English through books and games

The club for children age 5-7 is an introduction to American English through books, songs and games. The foundation of the course will be books already included in the library collection. Children will also participate in hands-on activities to include handwriting, drawing, and small crafts. In addition children will engage with the instructor and each other through American board games which promote comprehension, oral language production and a curiosity for the study of English.
